Wanhua modular buildings mainly refer to modular buildings with steel structures as the main structure, which are used in permanent or long-term buildings. They are mainly divided into steel structure modular buildings and container modular buildings. The
Features: Highly integrated, rapid construction, relocatable and reusable, scalable, green building.
Applications: Hotels, offices, schools, apartments, dormitories, commercial streets, reception centers, etc.

Modular school
Guxian No. 2 Primary School
Shandong Province's First Batch of Modular School Projects
Project Background
With the accelerating pace of educational modernization, traditional school construction models can no longer meet the demands of modern educational development. In response to the national call for educational innovation, Yantai City, Shandong Province, decided to introduce the modular school construction concept, aiming to create efficient, environmentally friendly, and flexible modern teaching spaces. Against this backdrop, Guxian No. 2 Primary School, as a representative of the first batch of modular schools in Shandong Province, was established.
Project Scale
The Guxian No. 2 Primary School project covers a total area of 3,350 square meters. It adopts a modular design concept, dividing the space into multiple independent yet interconnected functional modules, including teaching buildings, offices, and a canteen. Each module is individually designed according to actual needs, ensuring full utilization of space while facilitating future maintenance and expansion.
Project Features
Short construction period: The project cycle is 40 days (50 days during summer vacation). Because most of the construction work was transferred from on-site to factory manufacturing, on-site construction was minimal, noise was eliminated, and the overall construction time was greatly shortened, ensuring normal school activities and the normal lives of surrounding residents. No wet work was carried out on-site, resulting in no environmental impact.

Modular Hotel
East Timor Hotel

Chinchilla Hotel, Australia
Project Background
With the booming development of Australia's tourism industry, the hotel sector has ushered in unprecedented development opportunities. To meet the growing market demand, the Australian hotel industry urgently needs an efficient, environmentally friendly, and cost-effective construction method.
Project Features
Fast Construction Cycle: Compared to traditional construction methods, modular construction can significantly shorten the construction cycle. Each building in this project consists of 4 modules with a floor area of 208㎡, and the total construction area is 2700㎡. On-site assembly is all that's needed, and the main construction only takes 7 days. This is particularly important for the hotel industry, enabling earlier operation and a faster return on investment.
Concurrent Operation Capability: During construction, prefabrication work in the factory and on-site preparation work can be carried out simultaneously. This improves construction efficiency and reduces time delays caused by waiting or sequential operations.
Reduced Weather Impact: The project is not affected by severe weather conditions (such as heavy rain, high temperatures, strong winds, etc.), thus ensuring the stability and continuity of the construction progress.
Rapid Adaptation to Market Changes: The hotel industry experiences rapid market changes. The rapid construction capabilities of modular buildings allow hotels to adapt to changing market demands more quickly and adjust their business strategies accordingly.
Reduced Time-Related Costs: Shorter construction cycles reduce the number of on-site workers and their working hours, lowering labor costs. This also reduces financial costs such as interest payments.

Modular Office Building
Project Features:
Lightweight Design: Adding to an existing building limits construction space and machinery. A lightweight design reduces the need for such space and equipment.
Factory Prefabrication: With tight construction schedules and the existing factory still under construction, on-site construction windows are limited. Factory prefabrication increases integration and shortens on-site construction time.
Reusable Assembly/Disassembly: Utilizing all-bolted connections improves construction efficiency and meets the requirements for repeated assembly/disassembly.

Gordana Project
Project Background: The project required an upgrade and renovation of the audio equipment testing office area, creating an efficient, flexible, and environmentally friendly audio equipment testing workspace through advanced architectural concepts and technologies.
Project Scale: The building is a two-story modular structure with a floor area of approximately 4,000 square meters.
Design Concept: A modular design concept was adopted, dividing the space into multiple independent yet interconnected functional modules, including offices, rest areas, and mixing rooms. Each module was customized according to actual needs, ensuring full utilization of space while facilitating future maintenance and expansion. This showcases the company's pursuit of innovation, environmental protection, and efficient management, contributing to an enhanced corporate image.
Construction Features: The construction period was short, with a total duration of 30 days. Most of the construction work was transferred from the site to the factory manufacturing, resulting in minimal on-site construction and no noise pollution. This significantly shortened the overall construction time, ensuring normal production activities in the factory area and the normal lives of surrounding residents. There was no wet work on site, resulting in no environmental impact.
